Most corporate events are really three events wearing one name. A presentation, a meal, and time for people to actually talk to each other. Splitting those across two venues costs you an afternoon and a shuttle. Here they happen in the same room, reset between sessions by our team while your people are at lunch.
The space is professional without being anonymous. Daylight along the window wall, polished concrete, high ceilings, and a downtown address instead of a highway exit and a conference-center corridor.
For annual meetings and awards nights, the 900-seat Celestia Theater is next door. A company dinner can end with a show, which is not something a hotel ballroom can offer.

Yes, and it is one of the most common requests. The floor is configured for your presentation portion and reset for dining, so your group stays in one building all day.
Do you host multi-day conferences?
Tell us the dates when you send your request. Multi-day bookings are handled case by case depending on the calendar, and our events team will confirm what is possible.
What audio and visual equipment is available?
The equipment list is being finalized as the building completes. Send your request with what your presentation needs and our team will confirm exactly what is on site and what gets brought in.
