Banquets & Luncheons
Long tables or rounds, a place to put the podium, and enough floor that the buffet line never wraps back on itself. Banquets are what a large flexible room does best.
Sports banquets, service club dinners, school celebrations, retirement dinners, and awards nights all work here, and the floor scales from a fifty-person luncheon to a full-floor formal dinner without the room ever feeling half empty.
The details that make a banquet run are layout details. Where the head table sits, how far the buffet is from the kitchen side, whether people can get to their seats without crossing in front of the podium. We work those out with you rather than handing you a fixed diagram.
Guests park once downtown and walk to the door. For award nights, the Celestia Theater next door means the evening can continue after dessert.

Is there a place for a podium and a microphone?
Yes. Presentation areas are part of the floor plan we build with you, so the podium goes where your program needs it rather than where the room forces it.
How early can we get in to decorate?
Setup windows scale with the package you reserve. Tell us what your decorating involves and our team will confirm the access time when they follow up.
